"I am certifiably cookie crazy. I discovered Do-Biz cookies over 10 years ago and haven't bought any others since. Why do I buy only Do-Biz cookie dough? Great flavor, great ingredients, affordable cost, and it's locally owned. I read the label. Real butter vs. partially hydrogenated soybean oil means far better flavor (and with all the concerns about trans fats, I'll take the real butter). Real butter makes a better cookie. There are natural ingredients in Do-Biz dough, and the other brands have some ingredients I can't even pronounce. Doing a cost comparison, which doesn't matter to me because I really enjoy a great cookie, Do-Biz matches the major national brands. Do-Biz is a regional level, Mom and Pop owned company.
