Q: My cookies are spreading too much. What can I do?

A: Due to Do-Biz cookie dough containing real butter, spreading is a possibility (especially with Sugar and Snickerdoodle). Here are some tips to reduce/eliminate spreading:

Keep the dough as cool as possible.
Work with only 1/3 of the tube at a time while leaving the remaining portion in the refrigerator.
If the dough becomes too warm after rolling out, place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for 15 mins before baking.
Try baking at a higher temperature. Bake Snickerdoodle at 400 degress and Sugar at 375 degrees. CAUTION: Cookies will bake faster at higher temperatures, so be prepared.

Q: Do-Biz cookie dough is not available at my grocery store. What can I do?

A: Tell the dairy manager at your grocery store that you are interested in Do-Biz cookie dough. Also, shoot us an email and let us know the store name and location.

Q: Can Do-Biz ship cookie dough to me?

A: Due to the high cost of keeping our dough frozen/refrigerated during shipment, we do not currently ship dough out of the state of Iowa. However, we do plan on expanding to bordering states in the near future!
